I purchased this when it was only available to stream. It was a really great video, exactly what I wanted. But upon coming back to watch again. I don't have access to watch it anymore and the download link has expired (I never even knew the download had gone live). Nobody wants to have to purchase something twice to be able to watch it again. Please change your system/practices, as they aren't particularly buyer friendly.
I was only allowed to stream, but not download. If I had known that was the case I would not have purchased it.
